VAC Developments Limited

VAC Developments Limited was founded in 1979 to provide precision machining, sheet metal and welding services to the aerospace industry. VAC specializes in the precision fabrication of various aerospace and defence products. Utilizing modern CNC, sheet metal, and machining equipment combined with highly experienced personnel, VAC produces top quality parts manufactured to meet/exceed stringent tolerances. Additional offerings such as available welding and surface treatment also allow for competitive turnaround times on multiple process items, accommodating various customer requirements.

As a major supplier to a variety of defence and aerospace related companies, VAC has acquired a strict quality control process designed to meet and often surpass contractual quality requirements. Compliance to mandatory requirements of the following specifications is also maintained:

  • ISO 9001/2015
  • AS 9100 Rev D
  • NADCAP certified aerospace welding

Over 40 years of precision fabrication experience has allowed VAC to establish a broad customer base in the aerospace industry, which is continually expanding through marketing initiatives and most of all, word-of-mouth praise from our many satisfied customers.
