Position Summary

We are a fast-paced, nimble not-for-profit trade association seeking a self-starter Director, Finance and Administration to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and a key member of the leadership team. This role provides full oversight of all financial operations while simultaneously leading the association’s administrative and operational functions, including office management and human resources. AIAC Statement on U.S. Tariffs and Canada’s Response

A stable economic environment is essential for the global aerospace industry to thrive. The U.S. administration’s decision to impose tariffs on Canada and Mexico directly threatens that stability.

Canada and the U.S. have long benefited from deeply integrated aerospace and defence industries with a strong and balanced bilateral trade relationship that supports high value jobs and drives economic prosperity on both sides of the border. This decision by the US government will disrupt economic growth, innovation, and jobs on both sides of the border and the broader global industry.
