Derichebourg Aeronautics Services Canada
Derichebourg Canada is a key player in the global aerospace services ecosystem, providing specialized industrial support to aircraft manufacturers, MRO providers, and tier-one suppliers. The Canadian division leverages international expertise while maintaining a strong local footprint, particularly in proximity to major aerospace hubs.
Within the aerospace sector, Derichebourg Canada is primarily recognized for its comprehensive range of outsourced industrial services, which are designed to optimize production efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and ensure high-quality standards across the aircraft lifecycle. Its core offerings include on-site logistics, supply chain management, and production support services tailored to high-rate manufacturing environments. These capabilities are especially relevant in final assembly lines (FAL) and subassembly operations, where precision, timing, and traceability are critical.
A key differentiator for Derichebourg lies in its commitment to workforce development and training. In Europe, the company trains up to 6,000 aerospace personnel annually, playing a critical role in building a sustainable talent pipeline and supporting the industry’s long-term workforce renewal (“relève”). This expertise is increasingly being deployed in Canada to help address labor shortages and accelerate the onboarding of new recruits into the aerospace and defense sectors. Through structured training programs aligned with OEM requirements, Derichebourg enables customers to rapidly develop skilled, job-ready personnel who can contribute effectively from day one.
Beyond training and managing work packages, Derichebourg Canada offers advanced outsourcing solutions, managing entire segments of its customers’ operations on their behalf. This can include production support activities, supply chain functions, or other non-core processes. By assuming responsibility for these areas, Derichebourg allows its customers to focus their efforts on core activities such as engineering, final assembly, and program management, ultimately improving performance, flexibility, and cost control.
As aerospace production rates continue to rise, particularly for single-aisle aircraft programs, Derichebourg Canada is well positioned to support the industry’s evolving needs. Its combination of global expertise, local presence, and deep integration into customer operations makes it a valuable contributor to the resilience and performance of the aerospace manufacturing ecosystem in Canada and beyond.
Win Global
Win Global designs and develops heavy-lift cargo drones for dual-use applications. Our vision of the future of aviation and logistics includes the DroneShip, our flagship product, an autonomous heavy-lift drone capable of moving a payload up to the size and weight of a fully-loaded shipping container.
We are a team of ambitious, forward-looking aerospace engineers and business professionals shifting the paradigm for how goods move globally. We are currently working on the design of the 25-kg payload drone with a 500 km range. This drone has multiple civilian and defence applications, including infrastructure monitoring, crop and wildlife monitoring, public safety, forest fire detection, etc.
Win Global has been doing research & development in the drone space since 2019, and has client-driven R&D project experience.

AVSS – Aerial Vehicle Safety Solutions Inc.
Founded in 2017, AVSS started developing regulatory-compliant safety products for commercial drones. These safety products are used worldwide and can be purchased from more than 70 partners.
In 2020, AVSS expanded its product offerings with guided and unguided delivery systems. The delivery systems enable critical resupply when landing a drone, helicopter, or small airplane is not an option.
In 2025, AVSS announced its newest innovation, the Precision Avalanche Management System (PAMS), for the proactive management and mitigation of avalanches.
EVIO
EVIO is developing a family of hybrid-electric regional aircraft that restore route profitability, reduce noise and emissions, and enhance the passenger experience—while offering unique dual-use capabilities for commercial, government, and defence applications.
AeroWR – Region of Waterloo
AeroWR’s goal is to become Canada’s premier destination for aviation, aerospace, and defence investment, innovation, and manufacturing.
Directed by local industry and Region of Waterloo leadership, AeroWR advocates and develops programs for investment, innovation policy, local supply chain growth, increased collaboration, and talent development in Waterloo Region.
MOSTAVIO
Mostavio is a Canadian aerospace technology company specializing in the design, development, and vertical integration of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft systems. Headquartered in Toronto, Mostavio’s mission is to advance the future of electric aviation through innovative aircraft architectures, advanced propulsion and energy systems, and progressively autonomous flight technologies.
The company is structured around a vertically integrated development model, enabling in-house control over key technical domains including aircraft configuration and systems engineering, electric propulsion, advanced battery systems, composite and lightweight fabrication, avionics integration, and autonomous flight software. This end-to-end capability allows Mostavio to rapidly iterate designs, validate performance at the prototype level, and adapt platforms across multiple aviation markets.
Mostavio’s technology roadmap supports a diverse portfolio of aircraft applications, including:
— Ultralight and recreational eVTOL aircraft
— Emergency response and public safety platforms
— Two to three-passenger electric aircraft for future mobility concepts
This multi-market adaptability is enabled by a modular design philosophy, where propulsion, energy storage, control systems, and structural architectures can be tailored to different mission profiles without redefining the core aircraft platform.
Mostavio has received international recognition for its aircraft innovation and industrial design, including the Red Dot Design Award and the MUSE Design Award. These awards were granted for a flying eVTOL prototype capable of carrying a single passenger with a 100 kg payload called MX1, demonstrating both functional flight capability and design excellence. This recognition underscores the company’s ability to translate advanced engineering into real, flight-ready systems rather than conceptual designs alone.
Mostavio also operates SkyTech, its dedicated drone and unmanned systems division. SkyTech focuses on small and medium unmanned aerial platforms, custom drone integrations, and application-specific solutions across industrial, public safety, and research use cases. The division includes a Transport Canada–registered flight training program, delivering basic, advanced, and complex operations training, and serves as a testbed for autonomy, sensor integration, and operational concepts that inform Mostavio’s larger aircraft programs.
Through participation in competitive aerospace programs, collaboration with academic and research institutions, and a disciplined engineering-driven approach, Mostavio positions itself as a long-term contributor to Canada’s advanced air mobility and electric aviation ecosystem. The company’s vision extends beyond a single aircraft or market segment, focusing instead on building scalable, certifiable, and mission-ready electric aircraft platforms that will define the next generation of vertical flight.
