Avior is a full-service supplier of lightweight structural and mechanical assemblies for the aerospace industry.

The company provides in-house fabrication capabilities for composites (graphite, kevlar, glass), and metal fabrication for sheet metal and complex machined components. The fabrication capabilities are supported by in-house special processes which include welding, heat treatment, metal to metal bonding and NDI.

• Doors: hybrid assemblies using composites and complex machined components.

• Mechanical flight critical assemblies using complex machined components.

• Over 7,000 machined and sheet metal details and bench-top assemblies using aluminum, stainless steel and titanium.
