Our Values
At Lockheed Martin Canada, we recognize that performance and mission success goes beyond getting results – it is about getting results the right way. This philosophy is embedded in what we do and how we do it and is the foundation of our values: Do What’s Right, Respect Others, Perform With Excellence.
Lockheed Martin’s operating units are organized into five corporate business areas:

Aeronautics:
Lockheed Martin’s aircraft leadership is earned through relentless research and development of high-performance combat, air mobility and reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft. We also provide world-class training, focused logistics support, and advanced targeting and navigation technologies to enable the right people with the right skills to be in the right place at the right time with the right information and the right munitions to accomplish their missions.

The aeronautics business area provides In-Service-Support for the Royal Canadian Air Force’s fleet of C-130’s with operations in Trenton, Ontario. Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions located in Montreal, is an internationally recognized centre for aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) for commercial companies and international governments.

Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Lightning II is the world’s most advanced multi-role fighter – providing unmatched capabilities to military forces around the world, securing high-tech, high-skill jobs for hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, and elevating international security by allowing for more integrated coalition operations.

As a premier systems integrator, Lockheed Martin puts it all together to create an integrated system of systems where the value of the whole is greater than sum of its parts.

Mission Systems and Training:
Within Canada, the Mission Systems & Training business area is responsible for the integration of the Combat Management System on-board Canada’s fleet of HALIFAX Class frigates, training and simulation and many other programs in support of the Royal Canadian Navy. Lockheed Martin Canada designed technology known as the Command Management System 330 (CMS 330) for the modernization of the HALIFAX Class frigates and has since been awarded contracts with the Royal New Zealand Navy for the upgrade of its two frigates and the Government of Canada to provide a modified management system for the Arctic Off Shore Patrol (AOPS) vessels. Lockheed Martin CDL Systems, based out of Calgary, specializes in the development and licensing of vehicle control station software for unmanned systems. Sikorsky helicopters, responsible for the production of the Cyclone Maritime helicopters has integrated into the corporation under this line of business.
