  • CNC Turning – up to 9 axes turn/mill – 2” to 24” X 240” long workpieces
  • CNC milling – horizontal and vertical – up to 5 axes 78” X travel
  • EDM department – 14 sinkers & 3 wire – (30 degree taper capable)
  • Honing – vertical and horizontal
  • Deep hole drilling – 1” to 5” diameter x 144” deep & 3.5” to 8.5” diameter x 157” deep
  • Gun drilling – .062” to 000” diameter x 60” deep
  • Shot peening 4 room progressive roll through system
  • Cylindrical grinding
  • Roller burnishing – external & internal
  • Part marking systems
  • Chemical plating full immersion
  • Copper/gold/manganese/zinc phosphate/ anodizing
